For beginners and active lifestyle

Use 1 servings (two tablespoons) of  SpirulinaNord® 30-60 min before training to feel more energy in the training. After training if muscles are slightly sore use 1 more serving and in 1-2 h you should feel better. In case of heavy overload and very sore muscles use 1 dose of  SpirulinaNord® every 2h until improved feeling. 

For high performance athletes

Use 2-3 servings daily (one serving in each meal) two weeks before competition to gain maximum effect in the day of competition. SpirulinaNord® easely digests thus it can be used directly before training. Maximum effect reaches 30 min after use. 

After injuries or surgeries

 Use 2-3 servings daily (one serving in each meal) to speed up recovery, combat oxidative stress, inflammation and support immunity. 

! Important note

 SpirulinaNord® will increase energy mostly to healthy individuals thus we usually do not suggest to use it in the evening as the sleep can be delayed 2-6 h. In case if virus, trauma or other physical or mental stress SpirulinaNord® can improve sleep or do not affect physical feeling thus in such acute issues last serving can be taken before going to bed.

What can you expect when using SpirulinaNord fresh spirulina?

It helps the body recover faster after physical exertion and increases immunity.

The antioxidant phycocyanin in combination with beta-carotene reduces stress-related damage and helps avoid chronic inflammation and microtrauma. Spirulina contains all essential amino acids that promote full muscle recovery and growth.

How fresh spirulina increases endurance during high loads?

Spirulina increases endurance during physical exertion, thanks to the combination of B vitamins, vitamin C with iron, which is absorbed 30% better than classic iron preparations. It also increases hemoglobin levels in the blood.

Fresh spirulina is a natural, unprocessed food rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Unlike the already known and widely available spirulina powder, fresh spirulina has a very neutral taste and smell. Unlike artificial vitamin mixtures, which often cause side effects and irritate the stomach, such as iron preparations, spirulina is easily absorbed, improves the stomach microflora and does not irritate the digestive tract. Allergies are practically not observed, however, as with any new product, we recommend that you monitor your body’s reaction to find the most appropriate amount for you. Due to the high vitamin content, we recommend using it in the first half of the day.

SpirulinaNord® contains only fresh spirulina grown in Latvia – from a controlled indoor farm to ensure maximum purity from contaminants (atmospheric pollution, insects, etc.)

SpirulinaNord® syrups are accompanied by syrups of berries grown in Latvia. We support local berry growers by sourcing berries from Latvia. All syrups contain 7 g of fresh spirulina per 22 ml or one serving. And no more than 7g of beet sugar per 22 ml or one serving. By comparison, a 200 g apple or banana contains on average 20 g of sugars.

SpirulinaNord® spirulina:

  • Iodine-free
  • Grown in a pesticide and herbicide-free environment, but there is no ECOCertification for plants that do not grow in soil in Europe, so there is no such certification for SpirulinaNord® products.
