It’s quite simple. I had heard about the superpowers of spirulina algae from several people I know (mainly women :)) even before it started to be artificially grown in aquariums in Latvia and became available for consumption as fresh rather than dried powder. So one fine day, right here in our LATVIA, I happened to end up where this algae with superpowers, known to me only from others’ stories, had REALLY just started to be grown fresh. Of course, there wasn’t even a second thought that it should be tried to verify its effectiveness. I was informed by the spirulina algae growers themselves how great and truly valuable it is. I’ve been using it for a long time, I think 4 years regularly. Since I’m still young and in very good health, and an integral part of my life is still frequent and regular exercise. I honestly say that I’ve used many vitamins in life because they simply need to be used and also eat a balanced diet daily (varied and in moderate doses). I’ve never really felt that any product use would have had an obvious immediate result in terms of well-being. I simply know well that this algae is truly VALUABLE, the best nutritional supplement I know of and even for the pocket 🙂 that’s why I’ve chosen it as my health strengthener 💪
