SpirulinaNord® delivers pure fresh raw living spirulina with no additives. Spirulina contains over 200 naturally occurring nutrients - pigments, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and all essential amino acids. Because it is never dried, fresh retains the heat-sensitive compounds that drying destroys.

Freshly harvested spirulina, frozen in portions equal to one serving.
Use thawed. Mix into water, yogurt, a smoothie, cold sauce, dessert, or ice cream.
Daily intake: 1 serving per day for the typical routine. 2–3 servings per day on training days or during demanding work periods.
Timing: Preferably in the first part of the day. Avoid taking with coffee or tea within the same hour, as polyphenols reduce iron uptake.
