Use 2 servings daily in time of meal. For better absorption we suggest taking 1 serving at the morning and the second one at lunch time. We recommend mixing the daily dose with ~100 ml of water or taking as it is. Mixing with sparkling water will make a delicious sparkling drink.  A 330 ml bottle contains 14 servings.

SpirulinaNord® will increase energy mostly to healthy individuals thus we usually do not suggest to use it in the evening as the sleep can be delayed 2-6 h. In case if virus, trauma or other physical or mental stress SpirulinaNord® can improve sleep or do not affect physical feeling thus in such acute issues last serving can be taken before going to bed.

SpirulinaNord® syrups are accompanied by syrups of berries grown in Latvia. We support local berry growers by sourcing berries from Latvia. All syrups contain 7 g of fresh spirulina per 22 ml or one serving. And no more than 7g of beet sugar per 22 ml or one serving.
